You can get a huge 75% off extra DVDs for your wedding or civil partnership film - we may have filmed your big day in the past, it may be already booked and coming up soon or perhaps you are about to book us. It really doesn't matter if you are past, present or future - you can make use of this one day discount.

So be sure to e-mail us at info@adamhuckle.com by the end of today with your order (and if applicable, your wedding or civil partnership date). Your order will then be processed over the weekend and an invoice will be sent out at the start of next week. You then have 7 days to ask and questions and then make your payment - simple!

If you are booking one of our packages we will need a £250 booking fee to entitle you to the Black Friday discount. The extra DVD and Blu-ray films require payment in full and are limited to 5 discs in total per customer. This sale cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or discounts. Any bookings made for videography packages will be bound by our standard terms and conditions, as with any other client. The packages are subject to our availability on your date. All discounts are only available for orders received via e-mail on Friday 25th November 2011. Orders for sale items made after this time will not be valid and will be charged at our standard prices. This coming Friday we will be running a very special (and very limited time) sale on some of our services. On Friday November 25th we will be having a one day Black Friday sale. Some savvy shoppers may already be familiar with the term "Black Friday" but to summarise it's a term from the USA (Adam Huckle Films' co-owner Marcus' home nation) used to describe a one day shopping sale. It always runs the day after the US holiday Thanksgiving and is notorious for its huge discounts.

Adam Huckle Films is getting in to the spirit of Black Friday by running our very own one day super sale. The discounts are going to be huge, we are offering up to 75% off certain videography services and items. The big reveal will be made on Friday morning at 10am so be sure to check out our Facebook and Twitter pages for all the latest information.

Barefoot Books' World Atlas book launch!

On saturday we had the pleasure of filming Barefoot Books' "World Atlas" book launch in Oxford, we have produced work for Barefoot in the past however this was something quite exciting and new as it also involved filming an interview with Nick Crane - a geographer, writer and explorer popular for his presenting work on BBC Two's Coast.

The atlas itself is a really beautiful children's book and we were lucky to be asked to film the events taking place at the launch this past Saturday in Barefoots' Oxford store. The launch consisted of a presentation and discussion with Nick Crane, the author of the book, who brought along some of his trusty tools for adventuring including an Ice Axe, various hats for all weather conditions and a tin of sardines (just in case)! Following on from the presentation there was a book signing, a presentation of a beautiful cake (very tasty, I might add) and then to conclude we filmed an interview with Nick.

Filming events is now second nature to us, we are used to keeping in the background and capturing everything that takes place. We are confident about filming unobtrusively. I suppose our work with weddings has really helped streamline our process for filming. We know that a brief moment caught on film can change everything - so you have to be ready at a moments notice.

Filming at Barefoot Books' Summertown, Oxford store was a real treat. It's so vibrant and there are so many different things you can film. It's really colourful and all the various books and games look so great on film.

A new aspect of filming for us was the interview that followed on from the presentation. Obviously we have filmed interviews in the past but this was something a bit different as we were not asking the questions. Organisation is where I really shine, so with a bit of planning we were able to execute a great interview which felt intimate and will look wonderful on-screen.

We were even paid a compliment by Nick Crane upon completing filming: "I must say, you have done a great job, really professional." That kind of made my day.
