From start to finish, your service has been simply outstanding. Of all the suppliers we used at our wedding, you were by far the friendliest, most professional and most accommodating. Your filming on the day was so discreet and the final product is absolutely first class. We'd recommend you without hesitation and we can't thank you enough for producing such a wonderful memento of our wedding day. We think that real couples sharing their experiences on our service is possibly the best way for us to tell our new and potential clients about the way we work. It's very difficult to talk about how you work without it sounding egotistical or even worse, sounding like a sales pitch. Client feedback for us is a great way of people sharing their thoughts about our work.
We also ask all of our clients "What could we improve", this is always the key question because it's something that varies between each couple. Helen and Matt offered us the following advice:
Perhaps if there was a camera available during the speeches to get a shot of people's responses to the jokes / speeches in general. Really struggling to think of anything that needs improving! Genuinely can't think of anything!Since we launched our new pricing structure for the 2011 year all of our plans now include an additional HD video camera to capture the guests reactions to the speeches. Every new client booking in 2011 will get this service included with their pricing plan. We really appreciate the feedback and it's always a great sign when a client suggests something we have also thought of - great minds think alike!

The lovely folks over at Wedding Photography Secrets have written up a really solid piece about "Do I need a wedding film if I have a photographer?" (in fact, we were writing something quite similar which we were going to post in a couple of days - but maybe we'll hold fire now!).
